Each sheet has six word problems with room to draw a picture or write an equation. Problems include adding to, taking away, comparing, unknown start, equal groups and sharing equally.

Teaching tips
- Read the problem twice, then ask “What do I need to find?”
- Common Core 1.OA.A.1 covers word problems within 20, 2.OA.A.1 covers one- and two-step problems within 100, 2.NBT.B.7 and 3.NBT.A.2 cover adding and subtracting within 1,000, and 3.OA.A.3 and 3.OA.D.8 cover multiplication, division and two-step problems.
- Remind students to label the answer (12 stickers, not just 12).
