Time and Money Word Problems
Each sheet has six word problems with space to draw a clock, a number line or coins. Time problems ask for an end time, a start time or how long something lasts. At the nearest-5-minutes level they also include clock-hand riddles and a.m. or p.m. questions. Money word problems ask students to count coins, add prices, buy several of the same item, make change, compare who has more money, and find how much more is needed.
Choose time only, money only or both, and pick nearest 5 minutes with money under $1, or to the minute with dollar amounts.
